The ikebana sensei who arranged this, from yard clippings, told me I disturbed her composition in moving it to shoot.  But I think it’s still OK.  Momiji, Japanese maple, branches and end pieces.

A bouquet of spring…hand-picked sakura blossoms before they turn ‘hazakura’ and the petals fall to dust and out come the leaves, sucking in their wake the onslaught of sweat that = Summer in Japan.
