(This poster hangs in many a JR train along the Kyoto / Kobe line. It is recruiting (?) for a decent University in the hils of Kyoto, which has the rep of paying its gaijin teachers the most of all the area universities & colleges. The theme of the ad, as best I can make out, is power (chikara). Meaning…? Campaign angle…? Increased enrollment or just blood flow…???
